  • Membership premium is due at the time of registration

  • All payments are non- refundable.

  • The plan is non-transferable. One membership plan per person.

  • The plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • The plan can be renewed after 12 months.

  • Membership services are used or lost, but cannot be carried over to next year.

  • Membership fees and plans may subject to change on an annual basis.

  • Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

  • This is a membership plan NOT DENTAL INSURANCE.

Is it one time payment?

Yes, single payment at the start of the membership program. All modes of payment is accepted.

How many days is the plan valid?

The dental membership plan is valid for one year from the date enrolled.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation of the membership can be done within 30 days of the enrolled date provided the dental services are not utilized.

Is the membership plan transferable?

The dental membership plan is not transferable to other person. One plan per person.

How many members are included in the family dental plan?

Family of four that includes 2 adults and 2 children below 12 years.

Can the voucher be utilized by friend/ relative ?

No, the dental voucher is exclusive for our members who have enrolled for the membership plan.
